When I was little, I never wanted to grow up. I was sort of like Peter Pan in that way. I always wanted to be an immature little kid who didn’t have any responsibilities or things to do. I actually thought that I could stay that way for my whole life. Then, I turned six, and realized that everyone needs to grow up at some point, and everyone needs to be a little mature. And sometimes, people are better at it than others.
Sure, you COULD rely on your parents for the rest of your life, and you could be the most immature person of your friend group who always spreads gossip and starts drama, but eventually, it will get old. You should want to be mature, since it will help get you further in life. Nobody wants to be friends with an immature girl, right?
